How do you choose custom colors?
Custom colors are non-returnable but can be purchased.  The best way to choose these colors is by calling our customer service department and requesting samples.  We will supply three color swatches to customers interested in ordering from Auto Custom Carpets.
 

Will it show a picture of the selected product/carpets?
Unfortunately it will not  show a picture of the selected item/carpets.
 

What’s the turn around time to receive an order?
Once the order has been placed it will take 24-48 hours to have it manufactured and ready to ship.
 

How do you order extra yardage to match?
To match yardage needs to be ordered at the same time the molded carpet set is purchased to ensure a correct match.  You can order this by calling our customer service department at 1-866-581-5071.
 

When ordering floor mats, how do I choose a logo?
Most all of our logos are pictured on this website.  When ordering you can view them there or call our customer service department for descriptions and advise.
 

What are the original colors for this year, make & model?
By using our Quick Find Option you can see what colors were originally offered.
 

Does the carpet come with cut outs?
Some of our molded sets have seat and seat belt cut outs.  We do not make cut outs on pickup trucks carpets or cut outs for floor shifters.
 

Do the carpets come with padding?
Our process for padding varies from product to product depending year, make and model of vehicle.  It does not come attached to vinyl products but in most cases should be included in with the product.  Please call customer service with questions concerning padding for your vehicle.
 

How thick is the padding?
Approximately ½”.
 

Do carpets come with an original heel pad?
Most all of our molded carpet sets do come with a dielectric heel pad.  However all may not be identical to the original.  Styles of heel pads may vary.
 

What is poly or latex backing?
Poly back is a lightweight polyethylene adding moldibility.  Latex is a soft ethylene compound that adds body and flexibility to carpet.
 

What is mass back?
Ethylene vinyl acetate 40ml thick.  It adds moldilbility, sound deadening, and insulation.
 

Do you send out samples?
Yes.  We can send out up to three sample swatches.
 

How wide is the yardage?
In our cutpile, 80/20 loop, Nylon loop it comes 72” wide.  Daytona is 54” wide,  Tuxedo is 49” wide, and our Trinidad comes 55” wide.
 

What are dimensions for the universal floor mats?
Fronts: 16 7/8” across the top x 26 1/8” in length, bottom 17” wide.  Rear: 16 ¾”x 16 ¾”.
 

How much extra does it cost for Next Day Air?
Depending on the weight of the selected item and the quantity we can only give an estimated amount.
